Might be related to this one: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/41272 @Riotamus @Freefire666 Did you had Close window when closing last tab disabled?
yes. closing last tab option is disabled.
Since last reset, on computer, this behavior stop. My close window when closing last tab is disabled, i use a extension to prevent close last tab. If this error occur again I'm gonna disable him to see. Ty for your help.
Good day I have now installed Release v1.70.126 portable. The white windows are still there sporadically and block the desktop :/.
nice, finaly a portable edition. And yes, after a second reset the white screen is back.
Update, if i start closing instances of brave, starting for the last not the first on task managem list, it close all the tabs. Done this already 2 times and works. Let's see if it keep closing all the instances of brave on task manager.
Description
I was experiencing persistent white screens on my desktop, as if some application was bugged. Then I noticed that after closing Brave, multiple instances of the program were still active. I tried to close them (task bar) and started getting extension errors. The instances would close and reopen again, and only by restarting the computer did they disappear.https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1e47602e-b786-4aa4-9d95-e1456aedff0e
