Brave Search automatically refreshes when doing changes in its search settings without asking user to go ahead or not

Why doing any changes in the search settings of brave search automatically refreshes the page? Cant it ask as a pop-up once we are done through? Like if I want to change region, it refreshes but then I have to go back to search settings and do change the default theme. So, once user is done, then brave search should ask via pop-up about refreshing to see changes.

Not related to one browser like Chrome or Firefox but a search engine-related issue.

Note: English (India) is missing. Only UK, Canada and US is there. No Australia, Africa etc. Also, Hindi (India) is missing. So many regional languages missing.
