Playlist allowing playback while background playback continues from an open tab.

Description

Seems to happen when locking the device with both a background video playing on playlist and open tab. Reported by some users:

Should prioritize playlist, not sure if OS level issue.

Doesn't seem to happen all of the time, would need to force only one playback item, could be happening on App state going into background on device lock or other...

Verify

ACTUAL RESULTS:

Verified that videos from Playlist and Active tab can't be played simultaneously and if tap Play button on one of them, the other video gets paused.
Verified that video from Playlist and Active tab gets paused and then resumed playing during/after the call.
Verified that the next video in the Playlist starts playing as expected after the device is locked/unlocked.
