Previously when using a custom theme color, there was a more advanced color picker. Now, there is only a color "slider" that doesn't allow for granular color selection, nor can you use the system color picker to select a custom color.
I think a simple solution for this would be to include a hex code option so users can input the exact color they'd like to use for their theme.

Go to brave://settings/manageProfile
Try and set a custom theme color
