Description

Expanding Leo should switch focus to the already opened Leo full screen tab

Steps to reproduce

Enable AIChatHistory flag
Open Leo in side panel and initiate conversation
Click on Expand view, opens Leo in a full view tab
Go back to tab which has Leo opened in side panel
Click on Expand view again
Opens a second tab instead of focusing on the already opened Leo full screen tab
