Description

Closing browser with active conversations in full view are lost after restart

Steps to reproduce

Enable AIChatHistory flag to enable Leo full view
Open a site and open Leo in side panel and initiate conversation
Open Leo in full screen view
Close browser and restart
Conversation from step 2/3 is lost

Actual result

Expected result

Should retain conversations that already have responses
