[Windows 10, usability]: Active/inactive window tab bar background color #6977

On my Windows machine, active/inactive windows are easily distinguishable:

However, I can't seem to find any such option for Brave.

If I have two Brave windows next to each other, I can't tell as quickly which one is in focus, which is annoying when needing to enter something in both windows.

My vision is very good, so I would assume this is worse for those with impaired vision.

This is not just an issue on windows. It's the same in 2024, five years later on Linux.

You can change colors under "Profiles - Edit". But it doesn't seem to change things in a way to address the issue discussed here.

May I suggest for the title of this ticket to be changed to drop the suggestion this problem only affects Win10?
