Maximize button doesn't work when brave start maximized [linux/kde] #8235

Description

When brave start maximized (in classic mode) there is a gap under window and maximize button doesn't work. When I switch to gtk+ mode (and back to classic mode /or not) everything works just fine.

Brave version (brave://version info)

I think that this issue may be related to https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/8155

@neuronetio If you have Chrome handy, are you seeing the same thing in Chrome?
