Overlapping buttons on shortcut window with #8363

Description

When a PWA is created using brave and 'Open as window' option being selected, the title bar has overlapping icons for 'minimize', 'maximize' and 'reload'.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open any site in Brave.
  2. Go to overflow menu, More Tools > Create Shortcut.
  3. Select 'Open as window' and launch the PWA from the desktop.

It's reproducible on any Linux machine. If you move the window buttons to left they become overlapped and unclickable

Here with the GTK theming enabled: Görüntü

And tried also disabling it but no luck!: Görüntü (1)
