Feature request : snapshot for websites

It's already possible, while revolutionary for something never achieved. We can provide snapshot function to users, the ability to take a current state of the website, and be restoring it in 50 yrs later, perhaps the server is already gone, but you can still play with that website.

Currently "save website" does a really bad job, because the local environment and the web environment is different, even though the browser does some "tricks" to the html files, still doesnt work all the time. But snapshot-ing is a different technology, by taking the state of something you wanna still be able to browse and have that experience in 50 years, and that experience depends on the state of the website, there are something we also need to polish like "what about all those networking javascript functions that are all 'dead' in the future", but we can start working now.

I would make a pull request, but I am just a student that knows nothing about programming, so I can't be helpful much, still I would enjoy the participation and be positive if you do start a working progress, and I think this feature is really cool.

Checked in issues list didn't find any duplicates. Can be considered as suggestion and may have an implementation later on based on usability and ease of implementation. Marking as P5 for now
