[Follow up to #8579] The sound continues playing after `screen time` is triggered for the website, like `youtube.com` #8715

Description:

Follow-up to #8579

Steps to Reproduce

Device settings > Screen time > App limits
Set a limit for youtube.com
Launch Brave > Settings > Brave Shields & Privacy
Scroll down and turn on Enable Screen Time > Close the settings
NTP > Go to youtube.com > Play any video
Wait for the screen time to hit the limit > Observe

Actual result:

The sound continues playing after screen time is triggered for the website, like youtube.com. The same issue is not reproducible in Safari.

Expected result:

The sound must stop after screen time is triggered for the website, like youtube.com.
