Customizable avatar #601

Brave needs to add personal avatar section so that people could customize and add there own personal avatar instead of default graphics. This help people to recognize which profile they are currently using. The default graphics are okay up-to some extent but adding a browse file or pic option for people to customize there profile would be great for a teams or a group of people using brave browser in one pc.
