[0.19.122] Can't use Soundcloud without allowing ads and tracking #12361

Description

I can't play music on Soundcloud without allowing ads and tracking since the last update.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Soundcloud and try to play a song (for example: https://soundcloud.com/finnmccorry/sometimes-the-going-gets-a-little-tough)

Actual result:

With "Block ads" option it's not working With "Allow ads and tracking" it's working

Expected result: Playing music with "Block ads" option

Reproduces how often:

Each time "Block ads" option is activated.

I closed this issue because it seemed to be working again but I'm reopening it because problems to play music in Soundcloud are back, not always but time to time.

I don't know how to explain why it's working sometime and not working some other time.
