Missing l10n strings - Hindi

Did you search for similar issues before submitting this one? Yes! Describe the issue you encountered: In the new build of Brave 0.13.0, Some of the the translated Hindi strings are wrong and some of them are missing. Expected behavior:

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?): Linux: Ubuntu Studio 16.04

• Brave Version (revision SHA): Brave 0.13.0

• Steps to reproduce:

  1. We need to re-translate those wrong strings on transifex

• Screenshot if needed:

I think we can close this since everything needs to be done on Transifex. Right now, Hindi (India) is only 31% translated.

@liunkae Seems the Hindi language package is partially packed and it takes too much time to reload the web page rather than no reflection of translated strings.
