[Meta] Figma Plugin for exporting variables #312

  1. Do we want to try and export the variables in the same format as the existing styles? Advantage here is that we could just add the new JSON file to the existing tokens files.

PoC plugin is pretty good at the moment - it's the basis of #313. Maybe the plugin source should be added to this repository @petemill?
