Adjusted the spacing and sizes of the components from the dropdown menu (ButtonMenu) to be a bit more compact.

Changes:

Each item's paddings (From 16px to 8px)
Section titles specs are updated to look better when used in menu
Each item's border radius should be 4px

@fallaciousreasoning do you think this could be worked on soon? The style for these has been updated in Figma and it's creating some disonnance when testing needs to be done
