Revert resolutions file entry fix for minimist (staging) #377

Strategy attempted in https://github.com/brave/security/issues/101 caused complexities with brave-core-crx-packager (via https-everywhere-updater) unfortunately, through the tangled mess of dependencies ☹️

Revert "Merge pull request #374 from brave/bsc-fix-npm-staging"

This reverts commit 2c33b6f9143858e5ec5c753c43a54fce4c376c04, reversing changes made to 65e97ef9d29645281b3824f85f32bfaaf527f283.
