Update recorded intent information #35

Currently we store what is basically a json blob of page information. Instead this should likely be extracted IAB category tags from the page content.

maybe we want to just store relevant keywords in case the category tags change in the future?

overtaken by events: any intent information is recorded by the client in the vault as an opaque encrypted "blob"; accordingly, no action is required!
