MissionPlanner won't save the new arm/disarm speech setting #875

I've tested on 2 computers, latest version, same results.  I turn the option 
on, accept the two dialogs indicating what should be said, and the checkbox 
appears next to arm/disarm.  I go to another screen and return and it is 
unchecked.  It does not speak arm/disarm.
