What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set mode in FBWB
2.Move the throttle stick up and down
3. see air speed target
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Air speed target should move from air speed cruise to air speed max.
The air speed is locked in air speed min.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
