Remove toggle switch #1

The checkboxes in the settings will have some styling to adapt to themes. Probably will be updated after the weekend. See https://github.com/atom/atom/issues/4932#issuecomment-69446042

Unfortunately it breaks your custom toggles:

This PR removes your custom toggles and so that the default checkboxes would look like this:

Let me know if you still prefer the toggles, I can send another PR to add them back. I'm still not sure what to do with the One themes.

Oh that's interesting, I didn't expect that to be an accesibility problem. I'm all for checkboxes then. Thanks!
