Outside Supported Bounderies #75

When I now open the app I always get the "Outside support boundaries" popup. Does the app think I'm not in DC? We shouldn't be showing this message if the user is within the area.

This has been added to the 0.3.20 release

Removed fixed label since I'm still getting the Service Area message. FYI, I'm also getting a small pop up on the bottom of the screen that says "Timeout Expired" whenever I get the Service Area message. Not sure if that helps you find the bug.
