Box subscriptions

• Any email address should be able to subscribe to updates from any box
• By default, a secret dj entry causes the recipient AND the dj to be subscribed to that box
• You can unsubscribe in your settings
• Notifications should not go out immediately. deletable needs to be false. this also should apply to replies!

TBD: how does a user subscribe to a box?
