What frontend framework are we moving forward with?

I was thinking we start with a ReactJS application, as more people can contribute to it (instead of Next.js). We'll use TailwindCSS and Shadcn as the base, and add components from AcernityUI and Magic UI as needed.

Summary:

• ReactJS application (Vite)
• Shadcn as the base
• Using AcernityUI, MagicUI, v0.dev as needed
