Default: Enabled Added to Skin Settings > Advanced

You mentioned on forum and I know you don't want to add this option. But I want to try my chance.

You don't have to pull this. If you don't want just close it. I don't mind really.

PS: If you decide to pull and you don't like language strings I put, please tell me new strings and I will update my PR.

I moved the option to the Home section and changed the logic a bit. Let me know if this still works for you. Thanks!
