There is currently a Swift compiler issue preventing us from providing support for Xcode 14.3 RC released today. The Swift team at Apple is aware of this issue, and it's being actively worked on here.
We will be monitoring any new Xcode versions to provide support as soon as possible.
We understand that this is inconvenient for many developers who are eager to start using the latest features and improvements in Xcode 14.3 RC. We apologize for any disruption this may cause to your workflow and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
You can use this preview repository to release your applications to the App Store using Xcode 14.3 RC.
While we wait for the final version of Xcode 14.3 which should resolve the issue, the minimum iOS version supported by the SDKs from the preview repository has been increased to iOS 13.
If you need pre-iOS 13 support, please use the main repository with Xcode 14.2.
