Change the feature info window to show multiple object #42

Change the feature info window to show multiple layer and object with tabs or using and acoordeon. Also change the location of delete and update button to this screen on the Deter layer

Done, now clicking with right mouse button the feature info dialog opens with the information of all layers on that position. The delete button is fully working.
