Japanese translation #332

I feel that your website is very good content. Could you please let me translate this site into Japanese? There are not many sites about JS best practices written in Japanese.

It would be a pleasure to have you translating the guide to Japanese! Please feel free to do so.

Currently, the guide is very outdated, but I want to come back to it this year and update everything, have a new interface and all that, so having a new language would be even better. 😃

I'll create a directory called ja-jp/ under i18n/ and I'll send you a PR once the translation is done.
