Status is Unknown #85

Hello, I am using ST V3 hub and everything works great. However, the status in the home screen and the garage door details screen says unknown. Any thoughts?

Do you have a SmartThings-compatible contact sensor on the door? That's the only way the SmartApp can know the door's status.
