EPSG compliant version #6

Is there any way to have two versions of this? One that aligns with NLCD and another using EPSG 5070? Seems the error is on the order of a single meter for 1km cells and the advantages of having an EPSG-compliant version are many.

Could provide a user defined WKT in the initialization. Feel free to create a pull request! Be wary of software that only accepts EPSG codes - they are fallible. It took a bit of convincing for ESRI to recognize a bug in this a couple of years ago.
