perl module for FHEM support #10

A perl module / adaptor has to be implemented to support integration of the SHC base station into FHEM.

Works. Minor issue that "Baro: 0" string is included in every "Status" value even if asensor does not have a barometric sensor. But as this has no negative effect despite the misleading text, it is considered to be no showstopper for releasing the FHEM module.
