dont update pin state when di trigger mode in off

if we get the pin state for pins with trigger mode off, we will get it when the pullup resistor is not up.

i havent testes the env sensors original functionality since this change. i dont think it will affect anything but the DIGITALINPUTTRIGGERMODE_OFF
