Added a skeleton to start thermostat HR25 development. Skeleton based on tempsensor files, unnecessary files and code removed.

Hmm, this is from master (= old). Could you please branch from develop (= new, with new E2P layout)? I could merge your source also to develop, but the update to the new E2P routines had to be done anyway. It's maybe easier to make a copy directly from the newest (develop) code from the tempsensor.
