Correct Emma, Junit, and Tomcat Build Files #19

The mail part of Photo Hunt needs to be separate from the web app.  For
Emma and Junit, make sure that the web app is configured for testing on
Tomcat.  For the Tomcat build file, make sure that only the web app is
uploaded.
