SPTONULL and SKIPNOTSP seem to be missing #3

SPTONULL and SKIPNOTSP seem to be missing from the downloaded source. Referenced in Patch.z80 but can't find them anywhere, I had to temp'y comment them out to get the source to build.

They should have been in misc.z80; must have missed that file when pushing the changes out. I've fixed it now.
