When I'm using the results of this workbook, I'll be taking my selected gRNA sequences into a different program. How can we make this go faster? #3

When using the results of this notebook, I'll be scanning for gRNA sequences that have and MFE of 0, and have a relatively high Total score, then take those results into another program. When I do that I'll need to select the gRNA sequence without the PAM, but include any G or A prefix.

Putting this on hold for the time being as any solution would be fairly complex.

The quick and dirty way to do this manually for individual oligos is:

  1. double-click the desired oligo to select the entire string
  2. hold down the shift key and press the left arrow to back off of the PAM suffix
  3. Ctrl-C to copy
