The error is along the lines that it can't find the column 'gRNA sequence (PAM "NGG" )'

Investigating the site, the column name has changed. it's now 'gRNA sequence (PAM "|NGG" )' (an extra | character). Consolidating that string into a variable and changing the name takes care of it.
