Ability to specify the Maximum message size.

The maximum message size for a syslog message is normally 1024 bytes.
Some syslog implementations like rsyslogd will accept larger message sizes if 
told to even though it's not according the standard.

Request: A way to change the max message size without recompiling the program.

Definitely would like this as a registry option or tunable. I suppose I could 
just edit the source and recompile, but I don't have Visual Studio here.

I looked into doing this and found it would take more work than I originally 
anticipated so it got put on the back burner. I really don't have the time for 
major modifications at the moment. I can provide a build with an adjusted max 
packet size if you like though.

Is it possible to sent windows syslog more than 1024 bytes without truncate 
message?
