HELP pls. Cannot start service dispatcher #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install on win 2008r2
2.modify file evtsys.cfg, add line "Security-Auditing:4663"
3.in cmd, run evtsys.exe -n 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
after that i see "Cannot start service dispatcher:The service process could not 
connect to the service controller"

WHAT I DO WRONG?

Did you try it without adding anything to the .cfg file?

You cannot use -n to run the program. You must install it first with the -n 
flag. Then start it using "net start evtsys" or from the services control panel.
