Tokenization of risk pools enables reinsurance market to be accessible to both small and large investors. Just did a bit of code review with @docent666 .

• Basically extended ERC20 tokens as an insurance policy so that it can be resold to anyone at the secondary market.
• Claiming procedure is out of scope. You assume that each claim is a legit.
• Need to establish the way to stop the transfer once the policy is claimed. Possibly burning by transferring to 0x address
• The contract has no information about customer so it should be okay to be in public chain.
