Game controller abstract #31

I think that the Game Controller Abstract class and card suggestion is complete. I think it would be wise if someone did a little testing to verify it works. I did testing and it worked fine for both game types.

I tried out a few games of Crazy Eights and it seemed to work correctly. I would say we are good to merge.
