I know, I still need to write and publish instructions on how to set that up.
My challenge for actually publishing binary repos is not only making sure all license conditions are respected, but also the enormous size needed to host all the packages my recipes can produce (for Intel 32-bit, 64-bit and hopefully soon also AMD 64-bit).
I still have a dayjob, so my time is limited, and also that kind of setup will come at a cost. Unfortunately not a lot of people seem to be willing to contribute financially to this project.
Your effort is a big waste of time and will lead to nowhere. But it's your time, you can spend it on whatever you want.

Since there are no binary packages, I have to resort to building from source. But I need to know how to do it.
I currently have MSYS2 installed. Only the core MSYS. I have disabled the MinGW-w64 related repositories in pacman.
