kotlin condition statement example #388

Isssue Trying to check this issue. Would this be a solution to condition expressions? I have added an example to kotlin.

I see languages have a conditions column, true or false with an example if supported.

Maybe more light on the condition expression column to be added?

Sorry @rkimera94 I need better documentation on this. Basically I want the minimum example that shows someone utilizing conditional expressions. This one is a bit tricky. I've tagged it better.
