🚜 Remove dependencies #100

I think we may be able to ditch d3-format (we could build a simpler tree based one), as well as semver.

Other things we may be able to ditch include mkdirp, superagent and maybe recursive-readdir.

I think we'll need to keep, for a while, express, glob, moment, prettier, ts-node and typescript.
