Add `import` abilities in grammar #7

Would be nice to have a central collection of grammar entities in TrueBase that sub truebases could use.

For example, wikipedia, title, appeared, nodes.

@breck7 : Would it be like C++ where i can choose between STL and BOOST or would it be like most other languages where main runtime is not a choice. I personally like C++ only for that reason, Your thoughts ?

set of strings and dynamic enums would be an awesome addition , in my opinion
