Debian: Define '--quiet' option in /etc/default/shellinabox instead of init-script #62

Since the following options are mutually exclusive

   -q --quiet
   --verbose
   -d --debug

I think it's better to define '--quiet' by default in

   /etc/default/shellinabox

instead of the init-script

   /etc/init.d/shellinabox

Either this was removed in 2.10 or is seems to have been removed in the run-up 
to 2.11.
