I have the same issue with confirmed closed channel and using seed in different wallet does not work. I can see using walletbalance unconfirmed balance. Could you please follow with solution, thanks

General Description
I got an error message after closing an channel and try to fetch the underlying Funds i get the following error: Failed to retrieve fee. Please try again later
How To Reproduce
*Top up the wallet with 30 K for sending to an lightning wallet, but this hasn't worked. Try to solve the issue with the Troubleshooting Payment Failures sheet , nothing worked.
*Closed the channels over the Developer Prompt with: closeallchannels then 1.Open Breez Wallet
