Improve error message if the fees are too high #1264

General Description

I got an error message after closing an channel and try to fetch the underlying Funds i get the following error: Failed to retrieve fee. Please try again later

How To Reproduce

*Top up the wallet with 30 K for sending to an lightning wallet, but this hasn't worked. Try to solve the issue with the Troubleshooting Payment Failures sheet , nothing worked.

*Closed the channels over the Developer Prompt with: closeallchannels then 1.Open Breez Wallet

  1. Go to upper Right
  2. Click on the Triangle Error
  3. Then comes the following info: Breez found unexpected funds in underlying wallet ( probably due to a closed channel), IT is highley recommend you send these fund to a BTC address as soon as possible.
  4. Enter an Btc Adress from Electrum
  5. Click Next
  6. Then comes the Error: Failed to retrieve fee. Please try again later

What type of machine are you observing the error on?

Fire HD 10 ( 11th Generation)

I have the same issue with confirmed closed channel and using seed in different wallet does not work. I can see using walletbalance unconfirmed balance. Could you please follow with solution, thanks

btw. I was wondering that it could be the issue with fees but I cannot see any message or notification.
