Will there ever be a DSUManager app for MacOS ? #23

Ryujinx dev on mac is now very very advanced, and i think this app would be very useful to have on mac since this is the only app I know that does this.

Currently I haven't found a way to create a virtual game controller on macOS. However, if Ryujinx supports Pipe Input like Dolphin, then DSUManager can work with Ryujinx on macOS.
