Your $5 SEO company is spamming Reddit with useless nonsense:

Hi! Thanks for sharing. The screenshot is indeed taken from the Bref website, however I have nothing to do with that post (which is obviously spam).

I think the goal of that spam post was to get people to the medium article (linked in the post), not bref.sh 🤷

Nothing I can't do to help, but that's interesting to know anyway. Cheers!
