show multiple Boards #34

Currently, the site shows only one board which is selected staticly by the code. For the user, It should be possible to select from the currently available boards (settings-component) and show them in the "boards"-component.

[x] create new request to /boardlist
[x] show the available boards in the settings-component as checkboxes
[x] add the selectedBoards id's to an array
[ ] get array in boards-component
[ ] show selected boards (saved in array) in board-component

@olinator98 This needs more detail, give a minimum amount of information at least, even if you are in a hurry and it was just discussed IRL. Notes are important.

I'm currently working on it in the branch #34. @bregySilvan I need your help in the afternoon in case of some basic problems with typescript/angular. These problems are:

[ ] getting the selectedBoards array in the boards.component
[ ] correct request to get only the selected boards
